Rule 22H
Can cancel appointment or promotion of community teachers
(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, if any of the following errors are found in the appointment and promotion of community teachers, the district education officer concerned shall cancel such appointment or promotion and take action related to the appointment or promotion of the teacher. Can be sent in writing to the concerned management committee:-
(a) If a community teacher is appointed or promoted without following the procedure of this paragraph,
(b) In case of appointment or promotion of a community teacher to a post which is not vacant,
(c) In case of appointing a community teacher because the qualification and subject do not match.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the District Education Officer cannot cancel such appointment or promotion after six months from the appointment or promotion of a teacher.
